In American English,commas and full stops are always in the quotation marks no matter whether they belong to the quoted part or not.
英式英语则要看逗号或句号是属于整个句子还是属于所引用的内容.
But in British English,we usually need to judge whether they belong to the whole sentence or to the quoted part.
美式英语在引号内再用引号时,外面是双引号,里面是单引号；而英式英语是单引号在外,双引号在内.
In addition,in American English,when quotation marks are used inside other quotation marks,single quotation marks are used inside the double ones,while in British English double quotation marks are inside the single ones.
