1. A. the one 正确.把疑问句还原为陈述句：
This factory is the one (that 省略了） the foreign investors are going to visit next month.
the one 在主句里面作表语,是定语从句所修饰的先行词,定语从句的引导词在从句里面作宾语从而省略了.中文意思：这家工厂就是这些外国投资者下个月将要参观的工厂.
另外一个句子,请对比：
This is the factory (that 可省略) the foreign investors are going to visit next month.
中文意思：这就是这些外国投资者下个月将要参观的工厂.
